Zurich Designs, Inc. will meet with you for a free, no obligation consultation.  Nobody knows your business better than you, that is why your input is imperative to designing a useful web site that meets your business and marketing needs.  Having the basic web site content in mind is advantageous, but not required.  Even if you find yourself "going blank" when it comes to an idea for your web site, don't worry, we are here to help.

After a plan has been established, we will provide a cost estimate for the project.  Zurich Designs, Inc.  will create the web site and have you view it for approval.  During this time we can also assist in getting your web site hosted by a web hosting provider and will assist in domain name registration.

Zurich Designs, Inc. will:

• Professionally design a custom web site to fit your marketing needs.
• Include you in the design process, and deliver a high quality product that fulfills your needs.
• Develop Flash animations to enhance the dynamics of your web site.
• Professionally scan photographs, artwork, logos, etc. to include cropping, retouching and customization of scanned images.
• Custom design/integrate a background and/or theme, creating just the right professional appearance.
• Create interactive forms - for communication, ordering, etc.
• Assist in obtaining web hosting and domain name registration.
• Transfer and maintain all necessary files to a web hosting provider that meets your web site requirements.
• Modify or update your existing web site to keep up with your growing business and the latest internet trends.
• Maintain your web site on a schedule (quarterly, monthly even daily) or only as needed.
• Register your site with Internet Search Engines - Such as Google, Yahoo, etc.

Our Rates

All of Zurich Designs, Inc. services require an advance payment of a minimum of 50% of the estimate total before the work is supplied to the Customer for preview.  Quotes for custom services will be provided after evaluation of the requirements submitted by the Customer.  Zurich Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change the rates for services with thirty (30) days advance notification to the Customer.  Complete quotations will be provided on request, and are valid for thirty days from the date of issue.

All fees are in U.S. dollars; international customers, please contact us for special billing arrangements.  The Customer may elect to receive either e-mail or hard copy invoices.  Invoices are due on receipt and payment must be received in full before the pages are placed on the server.  Accounts that remain unpaid thirty (30) days after the date of invoice will be assessed a service charge in the amount of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month of the total amount due.

• Rates are $75/hour labor, 1/2 hour minimum.
• $125 one time set-up fee for new or transferred sites.
• No cost for minor changes (not to exceed 1/4 hour labor) to 
  web sites after they are initially created. (This does not include "additions", only changes or deletions)
• Checks or cash accepted.  Payment in full upon approval of web site.
